How to do it

  1. 1Place two kettlebells between your feet. To get in the starting position, push your butt back and look straight ahead.
  2. 2Clean the kettlebells to your shoulders by extending through the legs and hips as you raise the kettlebells towards your shoulders. Rotate your wrists as you do so.
  3. 3Lower the kettlebells back to the starting position and repeat.

Sets and reps

For hypertrophy: 3–4 sets × 8–12 reps with 1–2 reps in reserve (RPE 7–9) and 1–2 minutes rest. For strength: 3–5 × 4–6 with longer rest.
